Shipping policy
General information
The general shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart when you select your items. We scale the shipping costs according to the number and weight of the items.
Please consider carefully before you order whether you would really like the product, check our size information (clothing) and, if necessary, measure yourself again or, if it is to be a gift, the person receiving the gift. This saves you and us a lot of time, costs and, above all, valuable resources in terms of sustainability.
Returns / Return shipping
Costs & requirements
We do not offer free returns. We grant a 14-day right of return (right of withdrawal). This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused and with tags attached - ideally the item should be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. In the event of defects, please send us 1-2 photos so that we can take action to rectify these possible defects in production in the future.
Exchange Option
Exchanging the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want in a new shape or size. If you initiate your return through the shop, you can choose a new replacement item during this process, which will be offset against your return shipping. If you prefer not to purchase a new item but would rather purchase a voucher, please let us know. We will then send you a voucher for the value of the item you are exchanging, which you can then conveniently redeem in the online shop for a new, more suitable product when you have the time.
Introduction Return shipping via the store (DHL)
The easiest way to initiate a return is via your order confirmation or your user account. Click on your order there and you should then see the option to return it in the top right-hand corner. As soon as you have done this, we will receive your notification so that we can send you further information and a return label. We will deduct the fee for the return shipment from your original purchase price. As with shipping, the fee depends on the quantity and weight of the goods.
Introduction Return shipment by yourself (free delivery service)
Of course, you also have the option of initiating your return yourself with another delivery service of your choice. In this case, we assume no liability for the return shipment, which is why you should insure your return shipment. Please use the following address for the return shipment:

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us by email.
