General Information

The general shipping costs will be displayed to you when you select your items in the shopping cart. We tier the shipping costs based on the quantity and weight of the items.

 

Please carefully consider before placing your order whether you really want the product. Check our size information (for clothing) and measure yourself again if necessary, or if it is a gift, check with the recipient. This will save both you and us a lot of time, costs, and, in terms of sustainability, valuable resources.

Returns / Return Shipping

Costs & Requirements

We do not offer free return shipping. We provide a 14-day return policy (Right of Withdrawal). This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached — ideally, the product is in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or another proof of purchase. In case of defects, please send us 1-2 photos so we can address any production issues for the future.

Option for Exchange

The exchange of the received item is the fastest way to receive the desired item in a new form or size. If you initiate your return through the shop, you can already choose a new exchange item during this process, which will be credited against your return. If you don't want to purchase a new item but prefer a voucher, please let us know. We will then send you a voucher for the value of the item you are exchanging, which you can conveniently redeem in the online shop for a new, more suitable product when it’s convenient for you.

Initiating Return Shipping via the Shop (DHL)

The easiest way to initiate the return is through your order confirmation or your user account. Click on your order, and you should see the option for a return at the top right. Once you've completed this, we will receive your notification, allowing us to send you further information and a return label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your original purchase price. The fee is determined based on the quantity and weight of the items, just like the shipping fee.

Initiating Return Shipping Yourself (Using Your Own Delivery Service)

You also have the option to initiate your return using another delivery service of your choice. In this case, we do not take responsibility for the return shipping, so please ensure that your return is insured. Please use the following address for the return shipping:

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
