Right of Withdrawal

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, if the items are shipped within the European Union. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and ideally in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. If there are any defects, please send us 1-2 photos so that we can address it for the future.

General Information

We produce your order "On Demand." This means that your ordered product will be specially made for you after your order. Therefore, please carefully compare the size specifications with your body measurements. Or, in the case of a product that is not clothing, ensure that you really need and want this product.

 

We have carefully described all products for you and provided the best possible labels to minimize potential errors and avoid unnecessary returns.

 

We do not want to produce surplus stock, aiming to act in a resource-efficient manner for the benefit of all our fans. Therefore, we encourage you in advance to ensure that you will truly enjoy your product.

Check Before Ordering

  • Check the provided size guidelines for clothing.
  • Compare the sizes with your own or the body measurements of the person you might want to gift the product to
  • Ensure you have selected the right color for you.
  • Make sure it's the right product.
  • If it's a gift, consider if the recipient will truly enjoy it.

Damage and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue

Exceptions, Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized products. Please contact us if you have any questions about this. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for already discounted offers or vouchers.

Exchange

Returning the received item is the fastest way to receive the desired item in a different form or size. If you initiate your return through the shop, you can choose a replacement item during the process, which will be credited against your return. If you don’t wish to purchase a new item but prefer a voucher, please let us know. We will then send you a voucher for the value of the returned item, which you can conveniently redeem in the online shop for a more suitable product when you’re ready.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
